To all motorcycle riders planning to visit Baguio City, we respectfully remind everyone to observe and comply with the city's traffic rules and local ordinances.
Please take note of the following:
🚦 **NUMBER CODING SCHEME**
The number coding scheme is strictly implemented on weekdays. Kindly check your motorcycle's plate number and schedule your trip accordingly to avoid violations.
🔇 **EXHAUST NOISE REGULATION**
Baguio City strictly enforces regulations against excessively loud motorcycle exhaust systems. To ensure compliance and avoid violations, riders are strongly advised to use their **stock exhaust system**.
🚫 **NO MOTORCYCLE ACCESS ON SESSION ROAD**
Motorcycles are prohibited from entering Session Road. Please use alternative routes and follow all traffic signs, road markings, and directions from traffic authorities.
💡 **PROPER VEHICLE LIGHTING**
Motorcycle lighting must comply with applicable traffic regulations. Please observe the following color requirements:
• **Headlights / Front Lights:** Only **white or halogen-colored** lights are permitted.
• **Brake / Stop Lights:** Must be **red or amber**.
• **Turn Signals:** Must be **yellow or orange**.
• **Other light colors are prohibited** and may be subject to enforcement or violation.
